Patented flexible pex pre-insulated pipes There are 3 products.

Planteh 2.0 pre-insulated pipes are cross-linked polyethylene PEX pipes with insulation and outer jacket, intended for central heating, hot and cold water. Planteh 2.0 is a comprehensive solution with high strength, flexibility and durability. The innovative design allows achieving excellent thermal insulation conditions for pipelines and reducing heat losses by up to 70%. Planteh 2.0 pre-insulated pipes are intended for use in both large buildings and residential central heating systems. This solution was developed together with scientists from the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz. Due to the use of PET-M film and the use of air space inside the pipelines, they are probably the greenest pipelines in the world! Single pipe composition:

- Corrugated outer casing made of HDPE polyethylene

- Inner working pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene PEX

- Insulation layer made of foamed cross-linked polyethylene with closed cells

Multi-pipe composition:

- Corrugated outer casing made of HDPE polyethylene

- Empty air space

- Inner working pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene PEX

- Insulation layer made of foamed cross-linked polyethylene with closed cells

Due to the variety of fluids that can be transported in pipelines, as well as the specificities and requirements, we distinguish between different types of pre-insulated pipes and pipes for internal installations. Each solution is a technology designed specifically for a specific application. In our offer you will find pipes for:

- heating and sanitary water networks (95 °C – 6 bar / 70 °C - 10 bar

- heating networks with low water pressure (95 °C – 6 bar)

- Water supply network (10-16 bar) – PE pipes

- Technological networks In the food and chemical industry

The pipes are manufactured and have certificates: PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, hygiene certificate B.BK.60110.1224.2024, PE-E N 15632 1 i 3+Al:2015
